You can expect shipping in 1-2 weeks if your item is located in one of our warehouses in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia. If the item is in stock in another country than the one you live, shipping will take 3-4 weeks. If you have not received your item after 4 weeks, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org or click contact and check with your local postal service. We suggest you email us to see if you're item (size and colour) is shipped outside of your country before ordering. In your message, describe the name of the item, the colour and size. After receiving your message we will email you back in 48 hours to indicate if the item is in stock and if it can be shipped from within your country for faster delivery.
We do not offer returns or refunds for choosing the wrong size or colour. We have added suggestions on various products that customers felt should be sized up or sized down to provide a more informed decision on choosing your size. Damaged items are available for an exchange or refund of the same item (design, size, and colour). If you received a damaged item, please take a picture and provide a description of the problem to email@example.com and we will investigate after reviewing your photos. If we find that there was a quality issue, we will offer a reshipment and it is not necessary to return the original item back to us.
